These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("member" or "you") and the service provider for the use of the 777 bat platform and all services under it. These terms apply equally to use of the platform via internet browser, mobile application or any other means.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

Cashback is determined by deducting total winnings from total losses for the week.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 777 bat platform are operated through software from verified third-party game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine results, ensuring impartial and independent outcomes.

If any member attempts to collect funds by taking advantage of a software error, technical problem or other unusual circumstance, that transaction will be cancelled.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game stops mid-way due to server issues, network disconnection or other technical reasons, 777 bat will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, the decision may differ depending on the circumstances, and 777 bat's decision on the matter will be considered final.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is finalised in the sports betting section, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, please check the odds, match type and rules carefully.

If a match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, the bet is generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, different rules may apply if a certain portion of the match has been completed.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is not processed due to a disconnection, it will be considered not accepted. Live scores and statistics are for information only — they are not official.

6.3 Multi Bet

Multi bets can be placed by combining multiple events. The full return on a multi bet is paid only if all selections are correct. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

• Government or legal directives.

If an account is closed, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned by the designated method, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud.

8.2 Closure Request by Member

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled at the time of the request, and the verified balance will be returned within 3 business days.
